1. Services We Provide

TOP MOBILE TYRES LIMITED offers mobile automotive services, including:
Emergency Mobile Tyre Fitting, Mobile Tyre Repair, Locking Wheel Nut Removal, Van Tyre Fitting, Mobile Car Tyre Fitting, Emergency Jump Start Service, Mobile Car Battery Replacement, and Puncture Repairs.
All services are subject to availability and the safety of the technician at the location.

2. Booking and Cancellation

Bookings are confirmed once a technician is dispatched or verbally agreed upon by phone.
We require a minimum of two hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
A call-out fee may still apply if cancellation occurs after the technician has been dispatched or has arrived on site.

3. Pricing and Payment

We do not display prices online. Customers are required to call us for an accurate quote based on location, vehicle type, and the nature of the job.
Final pricing will be confirmed before dispatch. Payment must be made in full once the service is completed, via card, cash, or bank transfer.
In some cases, a deposit may be requested for out-of-area or late-night services.

4. Call-Out Policy

We aim to arrive within the estimated time given on the call, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or workload.
If the technician cannot safely access the vehicle or the customer is not present at the agreed location, the call-out fee still applies.

5. Responsibility and Liability

TOP MOBILE TYRES LIMITED is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle or faults unrelated to our service.
We do our best to avoid any damage while working, but we cannot be held responsible for issues arising from worn or defective vehicle parts.
It is your responsibility to ensure the vehicle is parked safely in a location suitable for mobile work.

6. Warranty

All new parts, such as tyres or batteries, come with the manufacturer’s standard warranty.
No warranty is offered on puncture repairs, jump starts, or temporary fixes unless otherwise stated.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide correct vehicle details and location when booking.
If locking wheel nuts are needed, the key must be available unless our removal service is requested.
The area around the vehicle must be safe and clear for our technician to work. Children and pets should be kept away from the vehicle during service.
